Announcing the Winner of the 2019 Elixir Press Fiction Award

Final judge, Gary Fincke, has chosen The Worst May Be Over by George Looney of Erie, PA, as the contest winner.  The short story collection will receive a $2,000 prize as well as publication by Elixir Press.
